It sounds as if Eli Manning has been hitting the squat rack in retirement.
The former Giants quarterback put his sense of humor on display via Twitter on Wednesday morning in response to a social media post from his former teammate, Saquon Barkley.
Barkley, who is coming back from a torn ACL, posted an image of himself training on Wednesday which featured his mammoth, muscular legs.
But Manning chimed in with a tweet, asking Barkley, “Please stop photoshopping my legs onto your body.”
While Manning may be a two-time Super Bowl champion, it is certainly not because of his legs or physique.
Of course, Manning has always held a reputation as a jokester and he has never been afraid to poke fun at himself before.
But hey, maybe in retirement Manning has had the time to add muscle to his legs?
Although that’s an awful lot of work to do to catch up to Saquads.
