EA SPORTS announced Tuesday that their beloved college football game would be returning. The last version of the game "NCAA Football 14" was released in 2013.
Former LSU star and current Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had a light-hearted reaction to the news joking about the game, he’d always wanted to be on the cover of, returning after he’d graduated.
“All I ever wanted was to be on the cover of this game and as soon as I graduate they bring it back,” Burrow tweeted.
His tweet prompted several fans to send Burrow, who enjoyed one of the best seasons in college football history during his final year at LSU, several edited versions of covers with Burrow on them.

Burrow earned significant notoriety during the 2019 season as he broke several records en route to winning the Heisman Trophy, a CFP National Championship for LSU and becoming the top pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
