Another Sunday, another day where Patrick Mahomes leaves everyone in disbelief.
The latest feat from the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback came during the first quarter of their Week 4 game against the Philadelphia Eagle.s
Mahomes, who is not shy about throwing shovel passes at the goal line, hiked the ball from the Eagles’ 1-yard line and ran a play-action with Clyde Edwards-Helaire before rolling to his right, stopping, and firing and underhanded toss to the running back for a touchdown pass.
Yes, you read that right. Underhanded.
The Jenny Finch-esque pass had everyone on social media buzzing over the uniqueness of it. Shovel passes are one thing, but rarely do you see a designed underhand forward pass made.
