The New Orleans Pelicans won their first game of the NBA season, beating the Chicago Bulls 123 - 111 Wednesday night.
A huge 3rd quarter for the Pels blew the game open.
The birds scored 36 points in the 3rd quarter, and held the Bulls to 25.
Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram led all scorers with 33 points.
Guard CJ McCollum add 23 points for New Orleans.
Star forward Zion Williamson sat out the game due to illness.
The Pels travel to Portland next to take on the Trail Blazers on Friday.
