New Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday is the subject fo trade talks, according to a report from The Athletic’s Shams Charnia.
Per the report, “several contending teams are pursuing” the veteran.
A former first-round pick, Holiday spent the first four seasons of his career with the Philadelphia 76ers before being traded to the Pelicans in 2013.
Holiday, a two-time NBA all-defensive selection has spent the last seven seasons in New Orleans where he’s averaged 17.6 points, 6.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
He posted 19.1 points per game this past season.
