Alvin Kamara missed Thursday’s practice due to illness, but was a full-go on Friday and expected to play week 12 at San Francisco.
LB Pete Werner (ankle), DE Payton Turner (ankle) and safety J.T. Gray (hamstring) have been ruled out.
Five others are questionable for the 3:35pm CT kickoff:

CB Marshon Lattimore (abdomen)

G Andrus Peat (triceps)
Peat was also questionable last week and suited up, but did not play. Tackle James Hurst is making his return after suffering a concussion in Pittsburgh.
