Saints running back Alvin Kamara was fined by the NFL for wearing red and green cleats during New Orleans’ Christmas Day win against the Minnesota.
That was the same matchup he tied the league’s record for rushing touchdowns in single game with six scores.
Souvenirs from record games like Kamara’s usually wind up at the Pro Football Hall-of-Fame, and on Monday, the Pro Bowler shared a photo on his Twitter account of some of the items he was shipping to Canton, Ohio which appeared to include the fine letter he received from the league.

Kamara posted that he was sending the fifth and sixth touchdown balls “and some other stuff” which included a jersey, the cleats he was fined for wearing and an envelope labeled NFL Fine Letter.
Kamara joked after the game that he hoped the NFL wouldn't fine him for the uniform violation and that he'd send the cleats to the Hall-of-Fame in lieu of the fine. He was fined by the league roughly a week later but appears to be having fun with it.
A local charity, Son of a Saint, has raised over $61,000 from over 750 donors in honor of Kamara's big game as well.
