Alvin Kamara among four Saints not practicing

Alvin Kamara described his foot injury a few weeks ago to that feeling you get from stubbing your toe, but it hasn’t limited the running back on the field. AK did miss consecutive days of practice now though, but still addressed the media.

“Feeling good, I’ll be alright”, Kamara said.

Drew Brees (shoulder/ribs) remains out and was not seen during the media’s viewing of today’s session. Tight end Josh Hill (concussion) and RB Dwayne Washington (back) also did not practice.

Defensive end Cam Jordan (back) returned after not taking part yesterday. Likely, a vets day off the Saints iron-man who has never missed a game in his 10 year career.

Also, good to see receiver Tre'Quan Smith back on the field.
The hit to the head he took last game somehow did not get the attention of any of the referees. No flag was thrown but Smith was knocked out the game with a concussion.  He was seen today wearing a non-contact jersey.

CB Marshon Lattimore (abdomen), DT Malcolm Brown (calf) and T Ryan Ramczyk (knee) also had a limited workload.

Looking at Atlanta:

T Matt Gono (illness) did not practice

C Alex Mack (not injury related – rest) did not practice

WR Calvin Ridley (foot) limited

TE John Wetzel (ankle) limited
