The New Orleans Saints are now searching for a new offensive coordinator.
WWL has confirmed that the Saints have parted ways with Pete Carmichael, who served as the Saints offensive coordinator since 2009.
Carmichael was an original member of Sean Payton's coaching staff, joining the Saints in 2006 as a quarterbacks coach before ascending to the offensive coordinator's role in 2009, the season the Saints won Super Bowl XLIV.
The Saints also announced Tuesday that senior offensive assistant Bob Bicknell and wide receivers coach Kodi Burns are no longer with the team.
This is a developing story.
