Today is NFL Schedule Release Day! The Who Dat Nation will find out if the Saints get any national TV exposure, or if they'll have to travel to any hostile weather environments in the winter.
After finishing at the bottom of the NFC South last season, prime time games don't seem all that likely, says WWL's Voice of the Saints Mike Hoss.
"We know the networks love to come here, but it just feels like, yeah...I do not expect them to play heavily in the prime time game," he said.
But the Saints also have, at least on paper, a relatively easier schedule. Only three playoff teams from last year are on the schedule: The Rams, the Bills, and the Buccaneers, who the Saints will play twice.
There will be away games at Buffalo and Chicago, and even Nashville, Tennessee can get chilly in December.
Mike those are the three away games to watch as far as a the schedule goes.
"Especially Buffalo," he said, "because of how good they are. Chicago is certainly better, and then Tennessee's going to have the top pick with Cam Ward, so when you play Those three games is as important as anything, especially Buffalo."
The Saints might also get some outdoor games in sweltering heat, with road trips to Tampa and Miami.
Listen to the full schedule release at 7:00pm on WWL.
