Kellen Moore has all of 12 total NFL practices under his belt as an NFL head coach, but you'd never know it.
That's one of the things that's stood out to the Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert during the handful of open OTA practices to this point in the offseason.
"Kellen Moore is the youngest NFL coach, he looks like he’s been a head coach in the NFL before, and he’s never been," Hebert said.

It's clear the team has a plan when they hit the field, and the execution has been impressive with such a new group. One interesting change has been the addition of names to the back of practice jerseys, something Moore joked was intended to make sure everyone knew everybody.
More seriously, though, it's a sign of the attention to detail that the young head coach has referenced often in this process.
“We spend a lot of time preparing how practices are going to go," Moore said after the final OTA session. "We spend a lot of time just on the logistics so they’re efficient, they’re clean for these players. We want to maximize their opportunities.”
Saints fans will get their first chance to see the new regime operate in person during the first two practices of this week's three-day minicamp. In the past the team didn't host fans until the full training camp that begins in late July.
"The whole staff seems like they’ve been together for a decade," Hebert continued. "It looks like a well-oiled machine right now.”
