The Saints got back on the practice field for the second round of OTAs this week, and a music legend was there to greet them.
That visitor was none other than Mississippi native and noted Saints Jimmy Buffett, who posed for a photo with Jameis Winston. Buffett shared the photo with the caption "ready for some football."

The pictures appear to have been taken and shared Wednesday, the second day of practices in the voluntary workout session leading into the 2022 season. Winston was participating in workouts for the second consecutive week as he continues to work back from a knee injury that ended his 2021 season after 7 games.
Thursday's practice will be open to the media before the second session closes. A third session will be held next week, followed by a mandatory minicamp leading up to the full training camp that should begin in July. Fans will be able to emulate Mr. Buffett beginning with a pair of open minicamp practices on June 14 and 15.
