Saints safety Marcus Williams has accepted his franchise tag, according to a report from the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The New Orleans Saints announced earlier this month that they'd placed the franchise tag on Williams which is worth about $10.5 million, according to a reports.
Williams started 14 games for the Saints this past season and collected three interceptions, seven pass breakups and 59 total tackles.
The former Saints' second-round draft pick has picked off 13 passes since his rookie season in 2017.
