The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a two-year deal with former Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon, according to a report from the NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The 6-foot-7, 289-pound lineman, spent the past four seasons with Kansas City after the Chiefs selected him in the second round fo the 2017 NFL Draft.
Through 61 career regular season games, he’s tallied seven sacks, 12 tackles for a loss, five pass deflections and a forced fumble.
Kpassagnon will likely be expected to provide depth for the Saints defensive line which lost its 2020 leader in sacks, Trey Hendrickson, to the Cincinnati Bengals in free agency.
