The New Orleans Saints have made another pair of roster moves due to injuries.
Tight end Miller Forristall has been moved to the Physically Unable to Perform list, while center Billy Price has had his contract terminated with a non-football injury designation. The team announced the moves Thursday afternoon.
It's a disappointing result for Price, who was signed following minicamp but never actually got on the field for a practice with the Saints. Forristall did not participate in OTAs or minicamp due to an unspecified injury.
Veterans with injury designations were scheduled to report Thursday, marking a potentially positive sign that players such as Trevor Penning, Cesar Ruiz and Michael Thomas were able to avoid the PUP list to this point. Rookies Kendre Miller, A.T. Perry and Shaq Davis were added to the Non-Football Injury list, while Nick Saldiveri and Anthony Johnson were added to the PUP list.
Players on the PUP list can be activated at any point during camp, but if they remain on the list at the start of the regular season they must sit out at least four games.
The rest of the Saints roster is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, with the first camp practice held the following morning at the team facility in Metairie.
