The Saints are headed to London, and we now know who will be joining them: The Minnesota Vikings.
The NFL announced the matchup Wednesday morning, a game set for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Oct. 2. And make sure the coffee is on early, because kickoff is set for 8:30 a.m. (central).
The game will mark the third time the Saints have played in London, the first two coming at Wembley Stadium and resulting in Saints victories (37-32 over the Chargers in 2017 and 20-0 over the Dolphins in 2017).
Two other London games were announced as well, and will pit the New York Giants against the Green Bay Packers on Oct. 9 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, as well as the Denver Broncos vs the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 30 at Wembley Stadium.
The full 2022 schedule is expected to be announced later this month.
