With a pair of strong-armed quarterbacks battling to be starter, is this the season the long ball revisits the New Orleans Saints offense?
The action on Monday at Saints training camp certainly serves as a positive sign, with each of Jameis Winston, Taysom Hill and Ian Book connecting on impressive throws downfield.
Each had their share of hits and misses, with Jameis working with the 1s. Hill had a rough miss, underthrowing a ball to Chris Hogan who had gotten behind Ken Crawley. The ball deflected off the back of Crawley's helmet and fell incomplete.
But the hits came often to Marquez Callaway and JJ McCleskey, each of whom got behind the defense indoors for what would've been touchdowns in live action.
