The New Orleans Saints have one of their most extensive injury reports of the season as they head into a Week 18 showdown with the Atlanta Falcons.
There were 10 players held out of Wednesday's practice, which was limited to a walkthrough. The Falcons also held a walkthrough, coming off a Monday Night Football win over the Rams.
Here's how things broke down for the Saints:

There were no major surprise additions to the injury report, with TE Jack Stoll (knee) and CB Michael Davis (shoulder) leaving early with their injuries during the win over the Titans. LG Dillon Radunz finished the game but is nursing a knee injury, which he appeared to suffer on the opening play of the third quarter.
Backup quarterback Spencer Rattler was also added to the injury report with a finger issue, but it is not believed to be significant. Practice squad quarterback Hunter Dekkers also returned from IR. RB Alvin Kamara (ankle/knee), WR Mason Tipton (groin) and DT Bryan Bresee continue to miss time with their respective injuries and appear unlikely to return for the finale.
The good news comes in the form of Cesar Ruiz (ankle) returning to limited practice after two weeks missed. WR Chris Olave missed Wednesday's practice due to an illness, but head coach Kellen Moore said the star WR's back injury had progressed well and shouldn't be an issue for the finale.

The Falcons' side of the injury report was much shorter, with only three players listed as DNPs on their estimated injury report.
