Saints defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins went down with an injury in the second quarter of New Orleans’ matchup with the Chicago Bears.
Rankins remained on the field after Chicago’s David Montgomery broke loose for a 38-yard gain. He walked off the field under his own power and was tended to by the Saints medical staff on the before walking back to the locker room.
