Saints receiver Michael Thomas hasn’t played much this season due to injuries, but the standout receiver was in the lineup for New Orleans’ Wild Card playoff matchup with the Bears Sunday and quickly made an impact for his team.
Thomas, who set an NFL record for receptions in a single season last year, scored his first touchdown of this season in the first quarter of the playoff matchup.
The score also showed off a feature of the Nickelodeon broadcast — slime in the endzone.
Thomas played in seven games this season and had 40 catches for 438 yards while battling through hamstring and ankle injuries.
