As so many parents and children remain stuck at home, families are struggling to deal with unprecedented levels of cabin fever.
The American Heart Association hopes to alleviate some of that stress. It's launching a 10-day virtual "Kids Heart Challenge," which outlines various activities that involve the entire family.
The program includes daily physical activities, along with suggested kitchen experiences designed to encourage healthy cooking and eating.
The "Kids Heart Challenge" is free, and details along with tips for frazzled parents are available at the American Heart Association website Heart.Org
