Chick-fil-A says they're "in the midst of a staffing crisis," and now some of their locations will have to be shut down because of it.
They say their team members are exhausted and there is no relief for them.
The company tried to avoid full location shutdowns by closing dining rooms, turning off curbside delivery, and limiting the number of catering orders they'd take.
Chick-fil-A says they have also seen a decline in applicants and even people not showing up for interviews.
