The 12-year-old girl killed in a shooting at a graduation party is now identified says the New Orleans Coroner’s Office.
The coroner says the young girl who died in the shooting is Todriana Peters.
Peters was fatally shot Sunday night at a home in the 500 block of Delery Street in the Lower 9th Ward according to New Orleans Police Chief Shaun Ferguson.
She was attending a graduation party at the time of the shooting. An 18-year-old and a 19-year-old were also shot but their injuries were not life-threatening.
