New Orleans Police have identified the 15-year-old juvenile shot and killed Sunday night during the Bacchus Parade.
Roderick Tobias was gunned down at the corner of St. Charles and Terpsichore near where revelers were celebrating the parade.
Four others were injured in the shooting, including a four year old girl.
