A teen boy will be tried as an adult for his connection to the murder of Metairie man prosecutors say he was feuding with.

Antonio Moore was charged with 2nd degree murder on Thursday along with 22-year-old Nicholas Robinson.

Jefferson Parish Sheriffs say Moore shot and killed 22-year-old Daniel George in the backyard of his Academy Drive home on the night of November 28th.

Robinson is accused of being the getaway driver.

Witnesses say George and Moore were arguing on-line most of the day.

The argument was over a murder that occurred a few years earlier.

It is not known why this killing was an issue between the two.

The arguing got so heated that George and his friends felt they might be in danger.

"The witnesses were aware that someone could be coming to the house to possibly kill them," Sheriff’s Office detective Darvelle Carter told the grand jury.

According to the Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate the killing took place before 7:30pm that night.

George and his friends were in the backyard of George’s home smoking cigarettes when they noticed a pickup truck parked on the street.

Gunfire rang out and George was felled with a gunshot to the face.

George later died at a hospital from his wounds.

Nicholas Robinson was identified as the owner of the Ford pick-up used in the shooting.

Though initially denying any involvement, Robinson later admitted driving Moore to the house.

Robinson told investigators Moore said they were going to George’s house to buy marijuana.

Once they arrived, Moore produced a gun and started firing.

Robinson is also facing additional charges of obstruction of justice as he is accused of covering his license plate before they headed to George’s house.

He later sold the vehicle.

A bond hearing for the two has set Moore’s bail at $500,000, Robinson’s bail is $600,000.
