Police in Houston have arrested two suspects and are seeking a third in the murder of New Orleans Police Detective Everett Briscoe.

Briscoe was visiting Houston with other members of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club when he was shot and killed in an attempted armed robbery. Dyrin "D.J." Riculfy, another member of the group, was critically injured.
