WWLTV’s Meteorologist Payton Malone says, “Cooler and drier air has moved back into the area. Expect a cool, sunny and windy Thursday. Highs will only climb into the low 60s, but it will be sunny. Winds will remain breezy through the day out of the north with gusts over 30 mph. Tonight will be colder with mid to upper 30s on the northshore.
Winds will remain elevated, so I don't expect a freeze, but some could get close.”
