Eric Rogers, the 29-year-old Memphis native, accused of participating in a November 30th gas station robbery in Kenner that left the clerk dead has been extradited from Tennessee back to Louisiana.

After being booked on charges of second degree murder and armed robbery Rogers reportedly waived his rights and admitted his involvement in the robbery.

Rogers and his brother Lamonte Loggins, 29, are suspected in the robbery where Ab Del Ghader Sylla was brutally murdered.

Rogers is being held in the Kenner Police Jail.

Lamonte Loggins, 29, Rodgers brother, remains incarcerated in Memphis Tennessee.  Loggins has not waived extradition and is awaiting a hearing date.
