Louisiana State Police have canceled the Amber Alert issued for a missing Baton Rouge infant.
Authorities issued an Amber Alert around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday for Ian Castellanos. According to state troopers, he is in a pickup truck that someone stole from a gas station on Airline Highway near Plank Road. Investigators say Castellanos's mother was inside the gas station's store when the truck thief hopped in the vehicle and drove off with her son in the back seat.
According to media reports, police found the child, who was uninjured and is now safe with his family.
No word on the suspect's disposition.
