The American Seafood cooking competition pitted the best seafood cooks in the country against each other for the title of king or queen of American seafood.
Known for some of the best seafood around, many aficionados were rooting for Louisiana to win. The state was represented by Kris Allen of Pamplona Tapas Bar and Restaurant. He served up a crab-stuffed flounder dish.
However, the crown was won by Chef Quang Tran of Somerville, Massachusetts won with a Duo of New England Lobster.
