Update: NOPD now says bullets struck two children Sunday night inside a home on Curran Blvd.
An initial police report says the victim are a "10-year-old juvenile female" and a "13-year-old juvenile male."
The injuries are described as "non-life-threatening."

New Orleans Police are investigating after someone shot a child in New Orleans East.
"Initial reports show that a 13-year-old female was shot to the body," Public Information Officer Garry Flot said in an email.
Cops got the call shortly after 9:00pm.
"The victim was transported in stable condition to a local hospital by EMS."
It happened in the 14900 block of Curran Blvd.
Flot did not initially release any further details.
