New Orleans Police reportedly found New Orleans Emergency Preparedness Director Collin Arnold asleep behind the wheel after he crashed his city owned vehicle into a parked car on Canal Street.
To add insult to injury, Arnold reportedly fell while being escorted to a police car.
He hit his head on the ground and required stitches to close the wound.
The Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate reported Arnold was booked on suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated and Careless Driving stemming from the incident.
