New Orleans Police say a man trying to buy a gun ended up having a gun used against him in an armed robbery.
The robbery happened Monday around 10:30 a.m. in the 7100 block of Downman Road.
Police say the male victim was attempting to purchase a firearm from the two male suspects, but then they pointed a gun at the man and took the victim’s money.
The suspects then fled in an unknown direction, according to the police report.
