New Orleans Police are looking for a woman who allegedly posed as an Uber or Lyft driver to commit an armed robbery.
It happened this morning on Poydras Street near Carondelet in downtown New Orleans.
"Victim picked up by suspect pretending to be ride share," an initial police report detailed. "Suspect produced handgun demanding victim's wallet and cell phone."
NOPD says they victim complied and the suspect fled.
It was reported shortly before 4:30am.
