The new Costco in Covington isn't set to open until Aug. 28, but the store’s gas pumps will be available starting this morning.
It's the first north shore location for the Washington-based retail giant.

A new airline is coming to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and is launching a nonstop, budget-friendly route this fall.
Avelo Airlines will be the latest addition to the 14 airlines that the New Orleans airport currently hosts.
Starting in November, the airline will offer travelers a nonstop route from New Orleans to New Haven, Connecticut. Tickets will be $79.
