If things seem a little hazy today, that is due to a dust plume riding the tail of our latest cold front.
The particulates in the plume hail from parts of Texas and New Mexico are leaving vehicles and homes filthy and may irritate many a sinus in our region.
"It will bring pollen from West Texas and New Mexico that may introduce new allergens."
The good news, exposure won't be for long.
Keim says as the dust makes its way out to our east, air quality and nasal passages should improve.
"No need to worry about these things sticking around."
There is one bright spot to all of this per Keim.
"There are usually beautiful sunsets to accompany the annoying haze."
