New Orleans Police are looking for a killer after gunfire before dawn.
"The NOPD is investigating a HOMICIDE BY SHOOTING in the of 1700 Blk of Elysian Fields," Public Information Officer James Roberson.
He says a male victim was shot.
"The victim was pronounced on scene."
The call came in around 5:30am.
"No additional information is currently available."
