An early morning shooting in Algiers has left a juvenile in the hospital.
It happened around 3 a.m. Sunday on General De Gaulle Drive near MacArthur Boulevard.
According to the New Orleans Police Department’s major offense log, the victim and a friend were going to a store when a car pulled up next to theirs. That’s when, the log says, someone inside the other car began shooting at the victim. A bullet grazed the victim’s head. An EMS crew took him to the hospital.
According to the major offense log, investigators are looking for four male suspects. Police did not provide any details about the suspects or their vehicle.
