Coming to Carnival Cruise Lines, the taste of Emeril!

Renown New Orleans Chef and Restauranteur Emeril Lagasse has been named Carnival Cruise Lines Chief Culinary Officer.


In his new position Emeril will advise chef’s on popular food trends and techniques, develop future menu items, advise on dining concepts and more.

It’s all about expanding the pallets of Carnival’s guests.

Lagasse will have input on menus across the Carnival fleet, which will include entrees known as “Emeril Recommends.”

Lagasse already has a working relationship with Carnival as two Emeril’s Bistros are featured aboard Carnival’s Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration.

Now all Carnival ships will feature the influence of Emeril Lagasse, including the new superliner Carnival Jubilee which makes his debut in December 2023.
