The Krewe of Endymion announced Tuesday that the 2024 parade will return to St. Charles Ave. in downtown New Orleans, bringing the super-krewe past the city reviewing stands at Gallier Hall.
The parade will begin at City Park and Orleans avenues as usual, parading down Orleans to N. Carrollton Ave., turning right to Canal St., then left on Canal towards downtown.
At Elks Place, the parade will turn right of Canal and proceed to Howard Ave., then left on Howard to Harmony Circle.
From there, the parade will head down St. Charles Ave. past Gallier Hall and Lafayette Square, where it will turn towards the river on Poydras St.
Heading down Poydras, the parade will turn right on to Tchoupitoulas St., where it officially ends at Tchoupitoulas and Julia Street.
"The 3200 members of Endymion wish to Thank the New Orleans Police Department and the City of New Orleans for allowing us to pass the official reviewing stands at Gallier Hall on our way to the Endymion Extravaganza," said Endymion spokesman Dan Kelly.
