Jefferson Parish authorities are investigating a fire that damaged Christmas decorations in Lafreniere Park.
The day after Christmas, two sheds used to house animatronic Christmas displays and other decorations caught fire.
Sgt. Brandon Veal with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office says investigators "recovered several items from the burn site that are believed to be of evidentiary importance that will be analyzed."
The fires caused more than $100,000 in damage.
