It was a violent Friday night in New Orleans.
NOPD reports five people were shot in less than four hours.
A 17-year-old girl and an unidentified male died in separate shootings. Three more victims were wounded.
The teen girl was shot dead just after 7:00pm. It happened in in the 4300 block of North Villere Street.
Just after 8:00pm the male victim was shot and killed in the 7000 block of Salem Drive.
Shortly before 10:30pm, two men were shot in the 2500 block of Touro Street. They were hospitalized.
Then, just before 11:00pm, police say another man was shot and wounded at the intersection of Ursulines Avenue and North Prieur Street.
No word on any conditions or suspects.
