The first happened on the edge of the Tremé and Faubourg Marigny. According to NOPD investigators, it occurred around 1:30 p.m. on North Claiborne Avenue at Esplanade. Authorities say the suspect and another person were arguing when the suspect pulled a gun and began shooting, hitting the man he was arguing with and an innocent bystander.
