The city of New Orleans on Thursday announced the funeral arrangements for the city's first gentleman, Jason Cantrell.
The city says Cantrell will lie-in-state at Gallier Hall from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, August 21. That will be followed by a celebration of life program at six.
There will be visitation at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church at 4230 S. Broad Ave. at 10 a.m. the following Tuesday, with mass beginning at 11 a.m.
Cantrell died earlier this week after suffering a heart attack.
