The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a grocery delivery driver after he sent a customer a sexually explicit photo when he dropped off an order.
"James Chenoweth, 32, of Franklinton, was arrested after he sent an unsolicited sexually explicit photograph via text message to a St. Tammany woman after delivering her grocery order Friday (Sept. 18) night," the sheriff's office said in a news release.
Upon receiving the sexually explicit image, the woman called the authorities, the sheriff's office said.
"Chenoweth, who works for a third-party delivery company, was located by STPSO deputies Saturday (Sept. 19) and taken into custody," the sheriff's office said "He had already attempted to delete the photo from his phone."
Deputies booked Chenoweth into the St. Tammany Parish jail on charges of obstruction of justice, obscenity, and improper telephone communication.
