The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested 40-year-old Levan Harris, a custodian at Ponchatoula High School, for inappropriately touching a female summer school student on her breasts.
According to TPSO, Harris asked a female student to help him move some furniture in an empty classroom.
They say the student helped Harris move the furniture and when they were done he offered to pay her for the help but she declined the offer. That is when they say he allegedly stuck his hand with the cash under her shirt and began rubbing the cash and his hand over her breasts.
The student reported the incident and shortly after, Harris was arrested and booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail for one count of Sexual Battery.
