A Hammond man is facing first-degree rape and child porn charges after a joint investigation by state and local officials.
According to the Louisiana Attorney General's Office, William Blake Porter raped a child under the age of 13. He's also accused of possessing child porn featuring children under the age of 13.
Porter is facing first-degree rape and child porn possession charges. He remains in the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
The case remains under investigation.
