Flooding across six counties in Central Texas has resulted in the death of 119 people, including dozens of children. Rescue teams continue their desperate search for the over 160 that are still missing as flash flood warnings remain in effect.

The devastation has been horrific, and there’s urgent need for support.

Below are a few ways that you can immediately contribute to help our neighbors as they navigate this tragedy.

Ways to Donate to Texas flood victims

American Red Cross: Accepting donations that go to burial expenses, mental health resources for survivors

Cajun Navy: Donations go to the deployment of units and supplies for the recovery effort

Austin Disaster Relief Network: Taking cash donations, volunteer sign-ups, and has an Amazon wishlist for specific items needed for flood victims

GoFundMe: Organized a fundraiser for individuals and families affected by the floods

Texas Children's Central Texas Hope Fund: Collecting donations that all go directly to Texas Children's Hospital programming to support flood victims

Before donating, remember to ask your employer if they’d be willing to match your cash donation.
