UPDATE: UMC now says they have been able to determine the identity of the patient.
Officials at University Medical Center in New Orleans want to know the identity of a patient who was hit by a car more than two weeks ago.
"(UMC) is seeking the public’s help to identify a man being cared for at the hospital since he was injured on August 11. The unidentified man was transported to UMC after being hit by a vehicle at S. Claiborne and Felicity," according to a news release.
They sent the above picture and a description of the patient.
"The unidentified man is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 lbs. He has one tattoo that says Zeus."
Authorities say anyone with information on this man's identity can call University Medical Center at 504.702.3000.
"We greatly appreciate the public’s assistance in identifying this patient."
