A 31-year-old Houma woman is facing carnal knowledge charges after sheriff's deputies say she had sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet said his deputies arrested Heather Billiot on Monday. She remains in jail on $10,000 bond.
According to Soignet, investigators learned about the relationship between Billiot and the teen while investigating a "connected complaint." Soignet says beth Billiot and the teen admitted to the affair during questioning.
The teen is now in the custody of the Department of Child and Family Services.
The case remains under investigation.
